The real estate portal, IndiaProperty.com, of Consim Info and international property consultants, Jones Lang LaSalle are to partner in marketing real estate projects.
Addressing a press conference on the initiative, Mr Ganesh Vasudevan, Vice-President and Business Head, IndiaProperty said the real estate portal's online strength and JLL's marketing expertise will be pooled to simultaneously market projects and enhance awareness on real estate issues among the public.
BRAND-BUILDING EXERCISE
This is a part of the brand-building exercise by the portal, which is a market leader in showcasing new properties online, and the international property consultant, which has a significant residential property marketing portfolio.
The first such initiative Chennai – ‘Grahapravesam 2011' a three-day property fair is to be inaugurated on November 4 at the Chennai Trade Centre. Over a 100 new residential projects of leading developers will be showcased at the event. Coinciding with the event, panel discussions by senior professionals and industry representatives will be organised to cover a range of issues facing property buyers. The event is to be Webcast live to an international audience.
Mr A.S. Sivaramakrishnan, Vice-President, Residential Services, Jones Lang LaSalle, said it has a significant presence in marketing and facilitating residential property transactions.
